My treatments are comprehensive and customizable. I may use any combination of acupuncture, herbal medicine, and bodywork modalities to provide you with the most effective results for your needs.

Initial Acupuncture and TCM Consultation and Treatment
Choose this treatment option if you're coming to see me for the first time. Our initial consultation will be more in-depth on your health history and what you hope to gain through acupuncture and/or herbal medicine.
In addition to needling, your treatment may involve another appropriate TCM modality such as Tui Na, Gua Sha, cupping, moxibustion, or e-stim.
If you'd like an herbal formula, the prescription will be given in granule form to be picked up at the clinic in a day or two. The cost of the prescription is separate from the cost of this treatment. I can also give you a prescription for raw herbs that you may take to a local Chinese herbal dispensary to have filled and pay for at the dispensary.

Follow-up Acupuncture and TCM Treatment
Choose this option if you've already had an Initial Acupuncture and TCM Consultation and Treatment.

Herbal Consultation and Prescription
This herbs-only appointment involves a detailed interview about your condition, diagnostic checking of your tongue and pulse, and some palpation. I'll prepare a prescription for you based on your needs, and you can either pick up a granule-based formula from Atlas a day or two after your appointment, or you can take your prescription to any local Chinese herbal dispensary to have it filled with a raw herbal formula.
Note: Insurance doesn't cover an herbal consultation, and the cost of the dispensed herbal formula is separate from the apointment cost. If you'd also like acupuncture with your herbal prescription, please book either a 60 or a 75 minute acupuncture treatment.

Cupping and Gua Sha Only
This combination of TCM manual therapies can help to lift and unstick tissues, clear stagnations in the body, and move Qi and Blood. It's a great option for people either averse to needles, or who want to vary the benefits to the body by interspersing them with acupuncture treatments. I may also use a little Tui Na, or Chinese meridian massage, in this treatment.

5 | Virtual Initial Consultation
Not sure if acupuncture or TCM is right for your condition? Talk to me first. In this consultation, I can hear your main complaint and can advise you whether acupuncture, herbal medicine, or TCM manual therapies would benefit you, and which one(s) would be best.
15 minutes: Free. This consultation is for new patients only who have not yet been treated.
